About the Role

Preeminent Properties is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead our brokerage into its next phase of growth within the dynamic Dubai real estate market.

This is a senior leadership position for a results-driven professional with strong expertise in off-plan and secondary (ready) property markets. The ideal candidate will oversee operations, drive strategic growth, mentor leadership teams, and ensure the company achieves its ambitious performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company's real estate operations

Oversee sales management, recruitment, and overall brokerage performance

Develop and implement high-impact sales and growth strategies for off-plan and ready property portfolios

Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers and agents to achieve revenue and performance targets

Establish strong relationships with developers, investors, and key industry partners

Monitor KPIs, revenue pipelines, and company performance metrics

Ensure full compliance with Real Estate Regulatory Agency regulations and company policies

Drive brand positioning and market expansion within Dubai's competitive real estate sector

Support business development initiatives, partnerships, and new project acquisitions

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a senior management, director-level role, dealing with HNWI clients & luxury properties within the Dubai real estate market

Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary (ready) property sales

Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing real estate sales teams

Strong understanding of Dubai real estate regulations and brokerage operations

Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset

Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
