Job Description

We are expanding our GCC Partner network in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are looking for entrepreneurial Managing Partners to build and run their own business in consulting and talent solutions.

This is a partner-based, entrepreneurial opportunity where you operate your own market under an established international brand, supporting the rapid transformation of Saudi Arabia under Vision 2030, across sectors such as energy, construction, real estate, manufacturing, IT, automotive, healthcare, retail, logistics, tourism, consulting and industrial development.

Your Mission

You will build your own business in Saudi Arabia, developing a strong client portfolio and delivering consulting and talent solutions that support large-scale transformation, localization, and growth initiatives across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow your own client portfolio across public and private sector organizations in Saudi Arabia
  • Drive full business development lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure
  • Deliver consulting and/or talent solutions across key growth sectors
  • Lead senior-level hiring and strategic advisory assignments where relevant
  • Develop long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and organizations
  • Build and scale your own market presence in the Kingdom
  • Collaborate with international teams and leverage global infrastructure

Your Profile

  • Experience in consulting, recruitment, executive search, or B2B services
  • Strong track record in business development and revenue generation
  • Exposure to Saudi-relevant sectors such as energy, construction, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, IT, automotive, industrial, retail, tourism, or engineering
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and run your own business
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-growing, transformation-driven market
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
