Manufacturing Finance Manager

Our client : A global owner of well loved brands in the consumer goods/ food space.

Your role : Based in Dubai, you would be responsible for a wide geography across multiple countries. This role sits inside manufacturing. Your current portfolio of work would entail working closely with plant managers, production teams and supply chains.

You will own factory level forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis, sit in CAPEX discussions and challenge assumptions. You will keep a strong hold on yield, wastage, labour efficiency and overhead absorption. Bring structure to costing across plants so margin is not guessed, but understood. Support NPD with clear cost logic before a SKU hits the line. Strengthen controls that actually work on the shop floor. Travel is part of the role. Middle East, Africa, APAC and parts of LATAM.

Must Have: 12+ years of work experience. You are already handling plant finance, factory controlling or regional supply chain finance in a manufacturing led FMCG business.

You understand standard costing, variances, CAPEX tracking and inventory dynamics.

You are comfortable with SAP and BI tools.

You can challenge a factory head without losing the relationship.
