QStaffers is currently looking for a Marcom Lead for one of our partners, a leader in the Development field!

Objective

The objective of the Marketing Lead role is to lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization of marketing and communication initiatives in alignment with the company's brand vision, commercial objectives, and growth priorities. The role is responsible for supporting in implementing brand guidelines, overseeing the rollout of integrated campaigns, communication materials, content, and events, and managing relationships with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. It also includes leading marketing planning processes, managing content calendars and performance trackers, monitoring campaign execution and approvals, and analyzing monthly marketing performance across key indicators such as reach, engagement, lead generation, and campaign impact to support in driven data-informed decisions and ongoing improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives, brand strategy, and communication priorities, with a higher level of responsibility for planning, followup, and execution.

• Be responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, ensuring alignment with approved objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

• Develop, review, and manage the production of marketing and communication materials, including brochures, newsletters, website content, presentations, company profiles, and press releases, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance.

• Ensure all communication materials and activities are aligned with approved brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and communication standards across all touchpoints.

• Work closely with internal teams, including business development, projects, development, HR, and management, to ensure marketing initiatives are properly aligned with business priorities and operational requirements.

• Be responsible for day-to-day coordination with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns, content, creative outputs, and production requirements.

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key marketing KPIs, while providing relevant observations and practical recommendations to support continuous improvement.

• Support budget follow-up and cost control by reviewing supplier quotations, coordinating purchase requests and purchase orders, and ensuring alignment with approved budgets in coordination with the MarCom Senior Partner.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and relevant insights that support planning and decision-making.

• Be responsible for managing the monthly content calendar and weekly execution tracker to ensure proper planning, approvals, follow-up, and timely publishing of content across channels.

• Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, activations, and on-ground marketing initiatives, including logistics, supplier coordination, branding requirements, and post-event follow-up.

• Monitor the implementation of campaigns and marketing initiatives to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with approved plans and timelines, while addressing day-to-day gaps as needed.

• Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives in coordination with HR, ensuring alignment with the company's overall brand and communication direction.

• Review marketing outputs before final release to ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, and readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• 10+ years of marketing experience.

• Solid experience in marketing, content planning, campaign coordination, and multi-channel communication management.

• Good understanding of branding principles, brand application, campaign management, and content development across different platforms.

• Strong project coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.

• Ability to coordinate efficiently with internal teams, external agencies, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing outputs.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track performance, interpret campaign results, and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
