Job Title: Marine Estimator (Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marine Estimator (Arabic Speaker) with at least 3 years of experience to support our marine and offshore projects. The candidate will assist in preparing cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting tender submissions for ship repair, marine construction, and offshore works.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and quotations for marine and offshore projects
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work
- Support in BOQ preparation and cost breakdowns
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams
- Collect and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations
- Participate in tender preparation and submission
- Identify basic cost risks and estimation gaps
- Maintain estimation records and cost databases
- Support senior estimators in project evaluation and pricing
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in marine estimation or related roles
Basic Knowledge Of
- Ship repair and maintenance
- Marine/offshore projects
- Estimation and tendering processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic estimation tools
- Good analytical and numerical skills
Language Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic (Mandatory)
- Good command of English
