This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marine Superintendent, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Marine Superintendent will oversee daily marine operations, including vessel performance, compliance with regulations, vetting processes, and ship management activities. The role includes supervising safety procedures, conducting audits, and ensuring vessels operate efficiently. Collaborating with crews and addressing operational challenges will be key aspects of the role.

• Strong expertise in Marine Operations and Ship Management
• Proficiency in Supervisory Skills to ensure effective team leadership and collaboration
• Experience with Vetting and maintaining compliance with international shipping standards and requirements
• Operational knowledge of Vessel Operations to ensure efficient and safe practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or a related field (preferred)
• Experience as a Marine Superintendent or in a similar role is an advantage
• Understanding of safety regulations and a solid commitment to compliance
