About the Company

We are renovating a luxury villa at Jumeirah Golf Estate, Dubai. This is a direct contract working for the villa owner — not a subcontractor arrangement. The project covers full interior renovation across 8 stages: demolition, MEP engineering, bathrooms, flooring, doors, kitchen, painting, and final finishing. Total duration: 12 weeks.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to be present on-site daily and ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standard. You will work directly under the villa owner and report daily progress.

This is a fixed-term contract role ending on 1 August 2026. Candidates currently in the UAE with a valid residence visa are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Ensure the project is delivered on time.

Manage the budget effectively.

Maintain the highest quality standards throughout the renovation process.

Oversee daily site operations.

Report directly to the villa owner on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Relevant educational background in construction management or related field.

Required Skills

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor.

Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in luxury residential projects.

Familiarity with project management software.

Compensation

Salary: AED 15,000 per month (fixed-term contract until 1 August 2026).
