Marine Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Ensure compliance with HSE policies and drive a strong safety culture.
- Operational Excellence: Support in creating CMS standards, contract management, and operational improvements.
- Marine Assurance: Maintain robust marine vetting & assurance programs, ensuring all vessels and crews are fully compliant.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with project teams, key stakeholders, and contractors to resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master Mariner, Chief Engineer, or related degree
- 8+ years in marine & offshore installations, with 2+ years in a senior role
- Extensive knowledge of marine operations and international maritime regulations
- Experience in DP systems, marine assurance, and technical writing
- Strong supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills
