Tasks
- Design, implement, and manage a structured distributor ecosystem (e.g., VIPs, Agents, Partners), covering onboarding, training, performance tracking, incentive support, and ongoing compliance with Middle East local laws and direct-selling regulations.
- Support sustainable market growth for both distributor partners and end consumers by coordinating sales support initiatives, customer engagement programs, and retention activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute localized campaigns, promotions, loyalty programs, and incentive schemes aligned with regional market needs.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute sales meetings, training sessions, roadshows, and regional events to drive distributor motivation, education, and performance.
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability, competitive pricing, and smooth order fulfillment in the Middle East markets.
- Monitor key market support KPIs (distributor activity, event effectiveness, incentive performance) and prepare regular reports for regional management.
- Act as the key coordination point between regional teams, HQ, and cross-functional departments (marketing, logistics, legal, finance), ensuring smooth execution of market initiatives and compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Support regional projects and initiatives assigned by management, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in market support, sales operations, or distributor management, preferably within direct selling /MLM industry.
- Strong understanding of Middle East markets, distributor ecosystems, and local regulatory environments.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution, including sales meetings, training sessions, and regional roadshows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic required;
