Market Surveyor (6-month contract)

About the Company
Our client is a multinational engineering company best known as a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Conduct Field & Site Surveys
- Visit customer sites (buildings, lifts/escalators) to inspect existing equipment conditions.
- Take accurate measurements and record technical details according to the company standards.
- Capture necessary photos, notes and documentation during the survey.
2. Report & Document Findings
- Enter survey data into internal systems or CRMs.
- Prepare reports that will be used by sales, engineering or project teams for proposals, modernization planning or installation preparations.
- Update databases and ensure records are accurate.
3. Support Project & Sales Teams
- Work closely with sales or customer solutions teams, providing input that helps shape proposals and technical offers.
- Assist in clarifying site conditions and measurement details during planning or tendering phases.
4. Customer Interaction & Coordination
- Communicate with customer representatives during the survey to understand usage patterns or specific requirements.
- Report findings internally and sometimes participate in meetings regarding technical aspects.
5. Ensure Compliance & Safety
- Follow company guidelines and safety standards during site visits.
- Ensure all documented findings meet the quality expectations set by the client for future engineering work.
