About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Account Manager with strong experience in Saudi-based creative or marketing agencies to join our Creative & Communications team.

This is not a typical content role we're looking for someone who understands campaign execution, UGC management, production workflows, and client/account handling at an agency level.

You will serve as the primary link between internal stakeholders and creative execution teams, ensuring all marketing deliverables are produced with quality, clarity, and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Creative & Content Execution Management

  • Lead end-to-end execution of content across digital platforms including social media, campaigns, UGC, and video productions.
  • Manage creative briefs, production timelines, and daily content needs across teams.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, business goals, and audience needs.

2- Stakeholder & Agency Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external agencies, writers, freelancers, or production houses.
  • Translate requirements from marketing, product, and business units into clear creative deliverables.
  • Maintain smooth communication loops and manage expectations with all stakeholders.

3- Production & UGC Management

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality video content, UGC assets, and creative materials.
  • Manage shoots, deliverables, revisions, and quality control for all external production partners.
  • Stay on top of trends and competitor activities to inspire better creative output.

4- Creative Asset Development

  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and creative hub members to deliver landing pages, CRM content, digital ads, event materials, and other assets.
  • Ensure visual consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all content.

5- Project Management & Delivery

  • Own the editorial calendar and production schedule to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle multiple parallel requests with organized workflow management.
  • Proactively propose creative improvements, optimizations, and new ideas based on business context.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in marketing or account management within a Saudi-based creative/marketing agency.
  • Strong background in content execution, production, and multi-channel campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-informed approach.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
