About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, commercially aware, and detail-driven Marketing Account Manager to act as the central coordination point between Brand Managers and the Marketing Department.
This role is critical to ensuring that all brand-specific campaigns, content, and promotional activities are executed on time, on brand, and to the highest standard. You will translate brand objectives into clear marketing actions, oversee campaign execution end-to-end, and ensure consistent alignment across creative, media buying, and operational stakeholders.
This is a mid-to-senior level role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-brand environments and has strong ownership over timelines, quality, and delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Stakeholder Management- Act as the primary point of contact between Brand Managers and the Marketing Manager
- Maintain proactive, structured communication to fully understand brand needs and priorities
- Ensure all marketing outputs are aligned with brand identity, tone, and positioning
- Protect and enhance brand equity across all channels and deliverables
Campaign Planning & Execution- Oversee the planning and execution of monthly marketing campaigns for each assigned brand
- Coordinate closely with designers and media buyers to ensure seamless delivery of:
- Organic content
- Paid ads
- Campaign assets
- Events and activations
- Track and monitor campaign KPIs throughout the month and flag risks early
- Take full ownership of campaign execution from briefing to delivery
Campaign Presentations & Planning- Prepare and present monthly campaign plans, including:
- Strategic marketing objectives
- Content and advertising strategy
- Creative assets (videos, visuals, copy)
- Social media posting schedules
- Key milestones and timelines
Creative Briefing & Quality Control- Develop clear, structured briefs for designers and media buyers
- Review all creative outputs (visuals, copy, videos) before submission
- Provide detailed feedback and request revisions where necessary
- Ensure all content meets MTM brand standards and quality benchmarks
Events, Shoots & Content Logistics- Coordinate photoshoots and marketing content for events and activations
- Manage logistics, timelines, and documentation for all marketing-related events
- Ensure professional execution and proper content capture for post-event marketing use
SMS & Direct Communication Campaigns- Write and manage SMS marketing and operational messages
- Ensure messaging is on-brand, compliant, and aligned with campaign objectives
- Coordinate distribution as required
Pintable's & Procurement Coordination- Oversee the preparation of all printed marketing materials (flyers, posters, internal branding)
- Coordinate with Procurement and the Marketing Manager to ensure timely production
- Ensure materials are delivered ahead of events or campaign deadlines
Timeline, SOP & Delivery Management- Ensure all requests and deliverables adhere to internal SOPs and timelines
- Track task progress and follow up consistently with internal teams
- Maintain structure, accountability, and delivery discipline across all brands
Required Experience & Skills- Proven experience in a Marketing Account Manager, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience managing multiple brands or stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, content execution, and paid media coordination
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- High attention to detail and strong quality-control mindset
- Ability to manage deadlines and pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Commercial awareness and understanding of marketing KPIs
