We are seeking a highly organized, commercially aware, and detail-oriented Marketing Account Manager to serve as the central coordination point between Brand Managers and the Marketing Department.
This role is critical to ensuring that all brand-specific campaigns, content initiatives, and promotional activities are executed on time, on brand, and to the highest quality standards. You will translate brand objectives into structured marketing action plans, oversee end-to-end campaign execution, and ensure alignment across creative, media buying, and operational teams.
This is a mid-to-senior level position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and takes full ownership of timelines, quality control, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities-
Brand & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between Brand Managers and the Marketing Manager
- Maintain structured and proactive communication to understand brand priorities
- Ensure all marketing outputs align with brand identity, tone, and positioning
- Protect and enhance brand equity across all channels
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of monthly marketing campaigns for assigned brands
- Coordinate with designers and media buyers to deliver:
- Organic content
- Paid advertising campaigns
- Campaign assets
- Events and activations
- Monitor campaign KPIs and flag risks proactively
- Take full ownership of campaigns from briefing through final delivery
Campaign Strategy & Presentations
- Prepare and present monthly campaign plans including:
- Strategic marketing objectives
- Content and paid media strategy
- Creative concepts (visuals, videos, copy)
- Social media calendars
- Timelines and key milestones
Creative Briefing & Quality Control
- Develop clear, structured briefs for designers and media buyers
- Review all creative outputs before final approval
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback and manage revisions
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and quality benchmarks
Events, Shoots & Content Logistics
- Coordinate photoshoots, activations, and marketing-related events
- Manage timelines, logistics, and documentation
- Ensure high-quality content capture for post-event marketing use
SMS & Direct Marketing
- Draft and manage SMS marketing and operational communications
- Ensure messaging is aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives
- Coordinate timely distribution
Print & Procurement Coordination
- Oversee production of printed marketing materials (flyers, posters, in-club branding)
- Coordinate with Procurement and Marketing leadership to ensure timely production
- Ensure materials are delivered ahead of campaign and event deadlines
Timeline & SOP Management
- Ensure all marketing requests follow internal SOPs and timelines
- Track progress and follow up with internal teams
- Maintain accountability, structure, and delivery discipline across brands
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Marketing Account Manager, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience managing multiple brands or stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, content execution, and paid media coordination
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder-management skills
- High attention to detail and strong quality-control mindset
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Commercial awareness and understanding of marketing KPIs
