Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Account Manager - Real Estate, located in Cairo, Egypt.

The real estate marketing account manager develops and implements marketing strategies for properties, manages digital and traditional marketing campaigns, conducts market research, and analyzes competitor activity to generate leads and build brand awareness for real estate developments. They coordinate with sales teams, oversee marketing budgets and content, track campaign performance, and often manage client accounts or specific office locations&apos marketing needs.

Qualifications

• Proven 5+ years of marketing experience with agency background desirable, or relevant role in Advertising industry
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Account Management and Project Management skills
• Relevant experience in the real estate industry (Food and Beverage industry experience is a plus)
• Deep understanding the Digital marketing, measurement and analytics, Influencer marketing and social networks
• Experience in delivering results and solutions based on customer needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent listening, negotiation, documentation and presentation skills.
• Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce and help desk support software.
