Marketing Account Manager

We Are Hiring: Account Manager Roar Agency, New Damietta

Roar Agency is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team onsite in New Damietta.

This role is officially considered a Marketing Title, making it ideal for candidates passionate about digital marketing, client communication, and campaign management.

* Key Responsibilities

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and high client satisfaction.

- Lead and manage client accounts while coordinating with creative, content, media, and strategy teams.

- Ensure all marketing deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

- Work closely with internal teamscreative, content, media, and strategyto ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.

- Coordinate and track progress using project management tools like ClickUp, ensuring all tasks are delivered on time.

- Prepare clear, insightful presentations and performance reports for clients.

- Troubleshoot challenges, propose solutions, and proactively manage client expectations.

* Requirements

- 13 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or a related marketing role.

- Experience in digital marketing agencies is preferred.

- Familiarity with the Gulf market is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas confidently.

- Strong time-management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

- Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (social media, content plans, campaign flows, KPIs, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with project management platforms especially ClickUp.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
