Job Description

This role is centered around managing and enhancing the branding, marketing, and digital presence of business units under Metaworld Group. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic brand and marketing lead, ensuring consistent brand visibility, professional representation, and effective communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Brand Development

  • Take charge of developing brand identities for each Metaworld entity.
  • Define unique brand positioning strategies to differentiate each unit in its target market.
  • Create brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging and visual representation across platforms.
  • Work closely with leadership and creative teams to align branding with organizational goals.

2.Social Media Management

  • Manage corporate presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and schedule regular posts aligned with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Engage with audiences, respond to queries, and grow follower base.
  • Monitor engagement and optimize strategies based on performance metrics.

3.Marketing Strategy

  • Design comprehensive marketing plans that combine both online and offline efforts.
  • Align marketing campaigns with business development goals, such as client acquisition or new service launches.
  • Develop budget plans, timelines, and campaign calendars.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute campaigns effectively.

4.Content Creation

  • Develop and oversee the production of marketing materials such as:
  • Pitch decks for client presentations
  • Service brochures for each business unit
  • Templates for internal use (letters, proposals, reports)
  • Newsletters to update stakeholders and clients
  • Thought-leadership reports and branded articles
  • Ensure content is visually appealing, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.

5.Event and Campaign Coordination

  • Support the planning and branding of internal and external events.
  • Coordinate logisticsand promotional activities for:
  • Webinars
  • Industry conferences
  • Client engagement events
  • Ensure the brand is professionally represented at every touchpoint.

6.Market Research

  • Regularly study competitors and emerging market trends.
  • Identify branding and marketing opportunities based on market shifts.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership for product or service positioning.

7.Performance Metrics

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign and marketing channel.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data to track performance.
  • Create reports that summarize performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Continuously iterate and improve based on campaign results and feedback.
