Role Purpose
Support the Marketing Director in executing high-impact communication strategies for
Cornerstone's projects. The role focuses on campaign rollout, content development, and ensuring
all marketing outputs are aligned with brand positioning and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Execute communication plans across all project phases (pre-launch, launch, post-launch)
Translate project concepts, masterplans, and lifestyle vision into compelling messaging
Manage and coordinate 360 campaigns (Digital, Social, OOH, TVCs, Events)
Oversee development of all marketing assets (key visuals, videos, brochures, landing pages)
Brief and manage external agencies (creative, media, production)
Develop sales enablement tools (decks, scripts, FAQs, offer messaging)
Align with Sales team on messaging performance and lead feedback
Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, BD, HR) for accurate communication outputs
Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations
Requirements
35 years of experience in Marketing / Communications
Real estate experience is a strong plus
Experience managing campaigns and agencies
Strong storytelling and content development skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
