As a Marketing and Communications Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing and global team. You will be in charge of ensuring marketing campaigns, events, and company-wide marketing projects run smoothly and efficiently. In addition, will be aiding with the implementation of the Dubai branch marketing plan and strategy, as well as working directly with the relevant departments to provide strategic support and guidance in order to meet the company's recruiting goals.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Assist the marketing team with daily tasks and project delivery
- Oversee organizational events, both internal and external
- Supervise marketing and recruitment strategy development
- Create and update organization's essential marketing collateral
- Ensure the inventory management procedure is carried out effectively and in compliance with the company's requirements
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and agencies
- Ensure content creation complies with local and international standards and the organization's brand guidelines
- Create and implement 360 brand-led campaigns
- Represent the company's brand in accordance with the requirements, and serve as a channel for input and approval of all marketing materials
- Report regularly to the Head of Marketing on important developments within the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing or equivalent discipline
- Experience in corporate communication, public/media relations with the ability to develop and deliver effective marketing campaigns/activities
- Experience of working with external consultants and agencies is essential
