Marketing and E-Commerce Manager

We are currently looking to hire an experienced E-Commerce Manager to own and grow digital revenue and customer experience across a multi-service e-commerce and marketplace platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and premium digital journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive digital revenue across B2C, B2B & B2B2C channels, improving conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase
Manage and enhance a multi-service digital marketplace, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and performance
Oversee product listings, pricing logic, and content, maintaining premium brand positioning
Implement dynamic pricing, promotions, and yield strategies aligned with commercial targets
Lead UX optimization, payment integrations, and checkout performance
Enable integrations with banks, OTAs, loyalty programs, and corporate platforms
Track and analyze digital KPIs and customer behavior, driving continuous improvement
Ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey from booking to service delivery
Drive innovation, new digital features, and scalable growth initiatives
Success in this role will be measured by:
Digital revenue growth, conversion rate, repeat purchase, platform performance, payment success rate, CPA, and customer satisfaction (Digital NPS)
