We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Evaluation Coordinator to join MANE. In this role, you will support marketing and evaluation activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the role based in Riyadh, focusing on delivering impactful local marketing initiatives, market intelligence, and highquality client presentations. You will play a key role in reinforcing MANE's image and market presence within the Saudi market.

Reporting directly to the Saudi Arabia General Manager, with indirect reporting to the Fine Fragrance Creation Director in Dubai, this role requires strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. Acting as a central liaison between the Saudi and Dubai teams, you will contribute to strategic marketing efforts while ensuring smooth coordination across sales, evaluation, and creation functions.

Role Responsibilities:

Marketing & Strategic Support (70%)

  • Conduct market studies for the Saudi Fine Fragrance (FF) and Consumer Fragrance (CF) sectors.
  • Build, maintain, and update the Saudi market product library, ensuring alignment with Dubai and global databases.
  • Prepare and deliver client marketing presentations, including concept development and support for new proposals.
  • Coordinate updates to the New Scent Focus (NSF) lists and share them with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in localizing and implementing regional marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights from the Saudi market to support regional strategy.
  • Support the planning and execution of local events, trade shows, and client activations.
  • Liaise with Dubai teams to ensure smooth logistics and brand consistency.
  • Assist and coordinate Consumer Insights (CI) studies.

Evaluation (30%)

  • Build, maintain, and update the MANE KSA Fine Fragrance collection, ensuring alignment with Dubai and Paris.
  • Assist the Dubai Creation team with market product and project evaluations.
  • Lead market intelligence on client socialmedia activity and evaluate new launches.
  • Prepare commercial materials and presentations for client meetings.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • 24 years of experience in Marketing, Brand or Project Management or FDM.
  • Preferably, expertise or formal education (e.g., ISIPCA, cole Suprieure du Parfum, Grasse Institute of Perfumery, or similar) in olfaction, fragrance evaluation techniques, or technical fragrance knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic. French is plus.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, AI Tools and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and geographies.
