PR & Marketing Manager Longevity Center
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced PR & Marketing Manager with a strong background in the healthcare or wellness industry to lead the marketing efforts for our new longevity center in the UAE. This role will be pivotal in supporting the center's launch and driving its growth through strategic marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager will oversee branding, social media, public relations, event management, and campaign execution, ensuring all efforts align with the company's mission and meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish the center's brand and promote its services.
- Identify target audiences and craft marketing campaigns that resonate with their needs and preferences.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing strategies, making data-driven adjustments to achieve goals.
Social Media Management:
- Manage the clinic's social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create, curate, and schedule content that highlights the our services, values, and customers success stories.
- Engage with the online community, responding to inquiries and building relationships.
Public Relations & Communications:
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
- Develop press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to promote company milestones and achievements.
- Act as a brand representative in media engagements and public-facing activities.
Event Planning & Campaigns:
- Plan and execute marketing events, such as workshops, open houses, and seminars, to showcase the clinic's offerings.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure high-quality event delivery.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns around key events and services.
Healthcare Industry Focus:
- Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with regulations and standards specific to the medical and wellness industries.
- Leverage industry insights to position the center as a leader in longevity and personalized care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the healthcare or wellness sector.
- Proven success in launching and growing brand presence for medical or wellness-related businesses.
- Expertise in social media management, public relations, and event marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing compliance within regulated industries.
