We are seeking an experienced PR & Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing, branding, and public relations strategies across the organization and its subsidiaries. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, media relations, digital marketing expertise, and brand governance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Brand Management
- Develop and execute annual PR and marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Manage brand positioning, corporate identity, and communication consistency across all subsidiaries and projects.
- Plan and manage marketing and PR budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
Public Relations & Media Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media statements, and corporate announcements.
- Coordinate press conferences, interviews, and public appearances for senior management.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on brand perception and communication impact.
- Lead crisis communication, ensuring timely, transparent, and accurate public responses.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor platforms.
- Oversee corporate events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
- Develop creative concepts and content for advertising, brochures, presentations, and social media.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Oversee the company's website, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to promote services and achievements.
- Track and analyze digital performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance reach, engagement, and conversions.
Internal Communications
- Develop and manage internal communication strategies to support corporate culture and employee engagement.
- Manage newsletters, bulletins, and internal announcements for employees and stakeholders.
Brand Governance & Quality Control
- Ensure all marketing and communication materials adhere to brand guidelines.
- Supervise the design, production, and distribution of promotional materials, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain brand integrity across all visual and written communications.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 710+ years of experience in PR, marketing, or corporate communications.
- Proven experience managing media relations, brand strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, social media, and paid campaigns.
- Experience handling corporate communications and crisis management.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
