Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales position located in New Cairo. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for managing the sales process, engaging with potential clients, and closing real estate transactions. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, delivering high-quality customer service, mentoring and training junior sales staff, and contributing to overall sales objectives. The role requires maintaining strong client relationships and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and manage client relationships effectively.
• Experience in providing Training and mentorship to junior team members in a professional environment.
• Prior experience in real estate sales is a must, with a strong understanding of market trends and client needs.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools is preferred.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
