We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support a fast-growing US company with influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and growth strategy execution. This role is ideal for professionals seeking remote international experience and growth into senior marketing or digital strategy roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Execute high-volume outreach and align creators to campaign goals
- Manage briefs, scripts, and video assets to ensure timely delivery
- Track engagement metrics and optimize campaign performance
- Maintain consistent influencer communications and relationship management
- Update databases and compile clear, actionable campaign reports
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital communications
- Strong outreach capabilities with a high-volume sourcing mindset
- Proficient with Notion, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
