Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Social Media Assistant to manage their content strategy and push content out regularly. You will focus on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will also assist with initial outreach for business development. This role requires someone who understands social media algorithms and can identify trends. You will work closely with the founder on content creation and strategy.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Identify and leverage social media trends.

• Execute content strategy and ensure regular posting.

• Handle direct messages (DMs) on social media platforms.

• Assist with initial business development outreach.

• Provide feedback on content and iterate based on initial briefs.

• Collaborate with designers on content creation.

• Assist in building out the company CRM.

• Participate in weekly catch-up calls.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.

• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends.

• Experience with text-based communication on social media.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

• English level C1.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the wellness or self-optimization industry.

• Basic graphic design skills.

• Experience with AI tools for content generation and trend analysis.

• Experience in B2B outreach.

• Experience in app marketing or go-to-market strategy.

• Experience working with Chief People Officers.
