We are currently hiring a Marketing Automation Analyst on behalf of a prestigious client, based in their Dubai office.
Role Purpose: The Marketing Automation Analyst is the engine behind our digital communication strategy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of omnichannel campaigns (Email, WhatsApp, SMS) and the management of web forms across our portfolio of 30+ world-class exhibitions. Your goal is to ensure that every campaign is delivered with 100% accuracy, on time, and optimized for maximum engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. High-Volume Campaign Execution
- Omnichannel Deployment: Build, test, and deploy 70+ weekly campaigns across Email (EDM), WhatsApp, and SMS using Oracle Eloqua (and integrated messaging tools).
- Segmentation: Manage complex database queries to build targeted audience segments, ensuring the right message reaches the right persona at the right time.
- A/B Testing: Systematically test subject lines, content layouts, and send times to improve open and click-through rates across the portfolio.
2. Web Forms & Lead Capture
- Form Architecture: Create and manage web forms and landing pages for all show websites, ensuring seamless data flow into the CRM/Marketing Automation platform.
- Tracking & Attribution: Ensure all digital touchpoints are correctly tagged (UTM parameters) to provide clear attribution for marketing ROI.
3. Automation & Lifecycle Journeys
- Nurture Flows: Build and maintain automated Always-On journeys, such as registration confirmations, abandoned cart sequences, and post-show follow-ups.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate manual campaign requests to reduce turnaround time and human error.
4. Quality Assurance (QA) & Governance
- The Zero-Error Standard: Perform rigorous testing on all campaigns (links, personalization tokens, mobile responsiveness) before deployment.
- Deliverability Monitoring: Monitor sender reputation and bounce rates to ensure our communications stay out of the spam folder.
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Performance Tracking: Provide weekly reports on campaign performance (Open rates, CTR, conversion rates) to show leads and stakeholders.
- Database Hygiene: Actively manage Unsubscribes and Hard Bounces to maintain a healthy and compliant marketing database.
Technical Requirements
- Experience: 35 years in a dedicated Marketing Automation role (Agency or High-Volume Corporate environment preferred).
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (highly preferred), Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Languages: Basic HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting and landing page tweaks.
- Data Savvy: Strong understanding of Excel for data cleaning and list management.
- Multi-Channel: Experience with WhatsApp Business API and SMS gateway integrations.
