Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Heliopolis.

We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Business Development Specialist to support brand positioning, lead generation, and growth initiatives across ICON Enterprises and its companies.

This is a hands-on role that combines marketing execution with business development support, working closely with management and different business units.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Responsibilities

• Support execution of marketing and branding activities
• Manage and coordinate social media content and calendars
• Assist with company profiles, presentations, and proposals
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external agencies
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

Business Development Responsibilities

• Support identification and follow-up on new business opportunities
• Assist in preparing proposals, offers, and presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams on client requirements
• Maintain basic CRM / lead tracking
• Support client communication and relationship follow-ups

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales role
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing and B2B environments
• Organized, proactive, and execution-driven
• Ability to work across multiple business lines
• Experience in construction, services, or international trade is a plus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken is a must
• Must be based in Cairo
