At CodecFlow, We are building an infra for robotics by abstracting the tools for data collection, training, fine-tuning, and simulation. Our aim is to help builders cut time from 6 months to a few weeks.
About the role
Marketing at CodecFlow starts with staying closely aligned with what's happening across the robotics space, across both web2 and web3, and turning that into clear, focused positioning. A big part of this role is maintaining consistent communication with both our users and followers, reinforcing why CodecFlow is a leading robotics project and how our products make their work simpler and easier. You'll own the full marketing strategy, manage a small marketing team focused on short-form content, and work with a high level of independence while staying closely aligned with the CEO.

- Are knowledgeable and stay up to date on both AI and robotics.
- Have at least one year of hands-on marketing experience.
- Think creatively and enjoy turning ideas into real output.
- Have strong attention to detail, with solid organization and communication skills.
- Do well in environments with a lot of ownership and independence.
- Have worked at a crypto company before, ideally in AI or adjacent spaces.
- Understand CT culture and stay clearly aligned with it. You should be able to pivot strategies quickly in response to market sentiment or breaking news.
- Are comfortable managing and deploying a real marketing budget.
- Are proactive, curious, and self-motivated.
- Bring high energy, a strong work ethic, and consistent execution.
- Have good business sense, can think analytically, and work well with others.
Primary responsibilities:
- Own all external communication end to end and clearly tell CodecFlow's story.
- Own CodecFlow's presence on X. Co-write high-signal threads, actively engage with the community, and run a content calendar that balances product updates with timely, meme-aware posts.
- Lead digital and growth marketing across all channels.
- Plan and execute marketing partnerships and campaigns with chains, infrastructure providers, and DePAI partners such as data layers, agents, and model training infra, working closely with the BD team.
- Coordinate, edit, and publish blogs, threads, and long-form content using input from the technical team.
- Lead and coordinate a small marketing team including designers, animators, and social media contributors.
- Drive content strategy for both short-term launches and long-term brand building. Act as a sounding board for social as we grow presence on X and other platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Collaborate with designers and animators to ideate and produce engaging visual and video content.
- Use data and analytics to spot growth opportunities and build clear, data-backed marketing plans.
- Apply best practices across audience segmentation, SEO, and content optimization.
- Build real relationships with KOLs and researchers, focusing on long-term alignment and brand ambassadors rather than one-off paid promotions.
