Role Overview
The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage stakeholders, and support project objectives. This role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in both marketing and corporate communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans for projects and corporate initiatives.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and content creation.
- Lead internal and external communication strategies, including press releases, newsletters, and media relations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Manage marketing and communication budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural sensitivities in all communications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 57 years of experience in marketing and communications management, preferably in real estate or development sectors.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and media relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative and strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Experience in Abu Dhabi market is highly desirable.
