Ali & Sons Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team within the Motors Division. This role is pivotal in managing customer data, supporting marketing and sales initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate reports for monthly campaign and quarterly marketing support.
• Coordinate with Agencies for communication and creative briefs for digital, social, OOH, radio, and video marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning, budgeting, and reporting for marketing offers and campaigns.
• Manage press releases, speeches, monthly news content, and media test drives.
• Support the creation of impactful business presentations aligned with marketing objectives.
• Coordinate event content, branding, planning, and post-event reporting.
• Ensure brand's CI implementation and manage giveaways and gifts creation.
• Consolidated sales, after sales & marketing information for Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reports.
• Assist in events, displays and on ground activations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CRM operations, digital campaigns, or sales support.
• Experience in CRM platforms is preferred
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards).
• Solid understanding of lead lifecycle management and digital workflows.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
