Marketing Coordinator
Job Scope
The Marketing Coordinator is accountable for coordinating marketing campaigns and events that promote company solutions and services. S/He handles various responsibilities all aligned towards the achievement of the overall marketing strategy.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct research to analyze consumers behavior and analyze data helping identify and define future campaigns and activities for targeted audiences
- Participate in internal activities and initiatives to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition using different tools at hand
- Participate in the planning and implementation of campaigns, events and exhibitions in coordination with internal and external parties
- Identify, assemble and coordinate requirements needed for campaigns and events through establishing contacts, developing schedules, assigning tasks, etc.
- Track and follow through the implementation of campaigns and promotional events with both internal and external parties and prepare related activity reports to measure efficiency and success
- Communicate with the sales team on campaigns details, objectives and timelines that meet sales strategies providing necessary instructions when and as needed
- Assist with writing various materials and contents to be used on different digital and online platforms increasing engagement.
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising.
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in marketing activities (campaigns, activations, promotions, coordination).
Background in FMCG, consumer electronics, or telecom is a strong advantage.
