About the Opportunity
A boutique luxury interior design and art-focused studio is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to oversee and coordinate its full marketing ecosystem. The studio delivers high-end residential, hospitality, and cultural projects across the UAE and internationally.
This role suits a strategic, detail-oriented professional with strong aesthetic judgment, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing brand presence across digital, editorial, PR, and offline channels. The focus is on coordination, quality control, and strategic growth, rather than hands-on execution alone.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Management
- Manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, and freelancers
- Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual quality
- Review and approve content before publishing
Website & Editorial
- Update website content, including projects, imagery, and copy
- Plan and manage blog/editorial calendars and contributors
- Ensure basic SEO-friendly content structure
PR, Media & Awards
- Prepare press releases and manage media and award relationships
- Coordinate award submissions and track media coverage
- Maintain organized PR and press archives
Advertising & Performance Tracking
- Oversee Meta Ads and Google Ads with internal or external support
- Track budgets, ROI, and performance; prepare monthly reports
- Recommend optimizations and improvements
Events & Offline Marketing
- Coordinate exhibitions, openings, talks, and industry events
- Manage timelines, stakeholders, and on-site support
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing experience within luxury or premium industries (interior design, architecture, real estate, hospitality, art, fashion, or comparable premium brands)
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Excellent English copywriting and communication skills
- Experience managing social media and brand communication
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and freelancers
- Highly organized and execution-focused
- Interest in design, architecture, art, or luxury brands
- Able to work on-site in Dubai
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Meta Ads and/or Google Ads experience
- WordPress or similar CMS knowledge
- PR, media relations, or awards experience
Compensation & Benefits
