Marketing Coordinator
Role Mission
As Marketing Coordinator at Hantec Trader, you will act as the operational backbone of the marketing function. You will ensure projects move efficiently from brief to execution, maintain visibility across all marketing initiatives, and align cross-departmental requests with strategic priorities.
This role blends marketing operations, project coordination, and brand stewardship. You will manage task tracking systems, oversee ticket workflows across departments, and help ensure that marketing output remains consistent, on-brand, and delivered on time.
You will work closely with Performance, CRM, Product, Compliance, Sales, and Creative teams to keep initiatives structured, prioritised, and aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Operations & Task Management
- Manage daily marketing workflows and task tracking systems (tickets, boards, briefs).
- Oversee incoming requests from internal departments and ensure proper prioritisation and routing.
- Maintain visibility across all active campaigns, launches, and deliverables.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution.
2. Cross-Department Coordination
- Act as the central liaison between Marketing and other departments.
- Clarify requirements, gather assets, and ensure briefs are complete before execution.
- Align stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Escalate risks or bottlenecks proactively.
3. Campaign & Project Oversight
- Support planning and rollout of campaigns across channels.
- Track progress of creative production, landing pages, email sequences, and paid media assets.
- Ensure all projects follow internal processes and compliance requirements.
4. Brand Consistency & Innovation
- Oversee brand consistency across marketing materials.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure correct implementation across markets.
- Proactively suggest improvements, new initiatives, and process enhancements.
- Bring forward creative ideas that strengthen brand positioning.
5. Reporting & Process Optimisation
- Maintain campaign calendars and internal dashboards.
- Support post-campaign reporting coordination.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improved systems or automation tools.
Skills & Experience
- 35 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or project management.
- Experience working within fintech, trading, or digital-first businesses is a plus.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Experience using project management tools (Monday.com, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong process discipline.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to bring new ideas and improvements to the team.
