Job Summary:

Marketing Coordinator at My Clinic will act as the point of contact for all marketing requests coming from Riyadh clinics, ensuring that requests received are aligned with brand guidelines, campaigns, and approved strategy

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Collect, clarify, prioritize, and follow up on marketing needs with Head Office.
2. Ensure requests are aligned with brand guidelines, campaigns, and approved strategy
3. Supervise and support local marketing activations in Riyadh, including:
4. Influencer visits and campaigns
5. Clinic openings or special events
6. Local partnerships and collaborations
7. Coordinate logistics for shoots, visits, influencers and events when required
8. Ensure influencers and content creators follow approved messaging, scope, and guidelines.
9. Support content creation on the ground to ensure quality and compliance.
10. Collect feedback, deliverables, and post-campaign insights.
11. Attend meetings with marketing agencies, production houses, and suppliers in Riyadh when

required.

12.Support implementation of agency plans on the ground.

13.Follow up on deliverables, timelines, and execution quality.

14Report any issues or obstacles through the assigned channels

15.Facilitate Riyadh office marketing and branding needs through business channels or Jeddah head

office

16. Perform other professional duties requested from line manager.

Education / Professional Qualifications:

1. Education Degree : Bachelor's degree preferred / High school

2. Experience in similar roles preferrable in services / healthcare markets, Experience 3 to 5 years with specific experience in Riyadh market.

Experts & Skills:

1. Excellent Command of oral and written English (example)

2. The role includes in-office and out of office assignments in Riyadh city

3. Driving / transportation is required in this role

4. Strong communication and coordination skills

5. Highly organized and detail-oriented

6. Comfortable dealing with clinics, doctors, agencies, and influencers

7. Ability to work independently and on the ground

8. Good understanding of social media and influencer marketing basics
