About the Role
Our client, a leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Admin/Coordinator to support their marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns while handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate daily administrative functions including meeting scheduling, file management, invoicing, and budget tracking.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, campaign outcomes, and budget utilization.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to support strategic decisions.
- Support the organization of property-related events, open houses, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, and PR) to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and digital asset libraries.
- Track marketing materials, vendor coordination, and follow-up on deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of basic marketing tools (Canva, CRM, social media platforms) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
