Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated UAE National Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Department in executing campaigns, coordinating events, managing content, and assisting with day-to-day marketing operations.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative individual looking to grow within a large, diversified organization while gaining exposure across multiple industries and business units.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect marketing materials and required information
  • Assist in content creation for social media, website, and promotional materials
  • Monitor and update company social media platforms
  • Support event coordination, exhibitions, and corporate activities
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and records
  • Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and marketing activities
  • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers when required
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications
  • Support administrative tasks within the Marketing Department

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • UAE National (Emiratization role)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing-related role
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet)
  • Good Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
