Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated
UAE National Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Department in executing campaigns, coordinating events, managing content, and assisting with day-to-day marketing operations.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative individual looking to grow within a large, diversified organization while gaining exposure across multiple industries and business units.
Key Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the
Marketing Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect marketing materials and required information
- Assist in content creation for social media, website, and promotional materials
- Monitor and update company social media platforms
- Support event coordination, exhibitions, and corporate activities
- Maintain and update marketing databases and records
- Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and marketing activities
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers when required
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications
- Support administrative tasks within the Marketing Department
Required Skills & Qualifications
- UAE National (Emiratization role)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing-related role
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet)
- Good Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
