About the Job:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing operational and administrative support in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives, including events, campaigns, and social media activities. The role ensures that all marketing activities are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the company's corporate brand identity and strategic objectives. This position serves as a key support function to the Marketing & Communications Department, enabling effective execution of projects and contributing to the enhancement of the organization's visibility and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination

  • Support the planning, organization, and delivery of marketing events, activations, and sponsorship activities.
  • Manage event logistics, liaise with suppliers, and provide operational support during execution.
  • Assist with the preparation of promotional materials, branding assets, and post-event evaluations.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support the preparation of performance reports.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Schedule and publish approved content across official social media platforms.
  • Monitor audience engagement and prepare periodic reports on performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the development of simple content such as captions and visuals based on approved templates.

General Marketing Support

  • Maintain and update marketing trackers, calendars, and records.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other marketing collateral.
  • Ensure all outputs adhere to corporate brand identity and communication guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12 years of professional experience in marketing, events, or social media management (internship experience acceptable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.
