A well-established and highly respected organisation in the UAE education sector is seeking an experienced Marketing Copywriter to join its in-house communications and marketing function.
This role sits within a central content and media team and plays a key part in shaping brand perception, driving engagement, and supporting strategic institutional initiatives through high-quality written content.
The role
You will be responsible for creating compelling, brand-aligned content across a wide range of channels including websites, campaigns, digital platforms, print materials, speeches, and editorial pieces. The position requires a strong balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail, with close collaboration across design, social media, and media relations teams
Key responsibilities
- Develop engaging marketing and campaign copy across digital and offline channels
- Write long-form content including feature articles, thought leadership pieces, and institutional messaging
- Ensure content is SEO-optimised and aligned with best practices
- Maintain a consistent brand tone while adapting messaging for different audiences and platforms
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and translators to ensure cohesive and culturally appropriate communications
- Support strategic initiatives such as reputation building, research promotion, and stakeholder engagement
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing copywriting or content development
- Exceptional English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Fluency in Arabic is essential
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimisation
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within education or large, complex organisations is an advantage
