This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Director with a primary focus on overseeing campaigns for charity initiatives. Located in Dubai, this position involves creating and implementing strategic marketing plans, analyzing market trends, conducting market research, and fostering relationships with internal teams and partners. The role also includes managing marketing teams, driving projects, and ensuring alignment with the organization's philanthropic mission.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
  • Proven ability in Marketing and Marketing Management to oversee and coordinate campaigns
  • Experience in Sales and a strong understanding of aligning sales strategies with marketing initiatives
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and support teams in diverse marketing efforts
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in charity-related or non-profit organizations is a required qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Familiarity with metrics-driven marketing approaches and tools to measure campaign success
