A leading and rapidly growing organization in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead and drive the strategic direction of its marketing function. This role will be responsible for shaping the brand's marketing vision, overseeing integrated campaigns, and delivering measurable growth across multiple channels.
The Marketing Director will play a critical leadership role in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and support commercial performance. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on marketing leadership experience in fast-paced, consumer-focused environments.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead the development of brand positioning, ensuring consistency and impact across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights to guide strategic marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives support revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, and advertising channels.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, content, and media teams to ensure high-quality campaign execution and brand consistency.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on performance data and insights.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, performance marketing, SEO, and paid media.
- Drive data-driven marketing strategies to improve customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
- Ensure the effective use of analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Continuously explore new marketing technologies and platforms to enhance brand reach and performance.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team across multiple marketing disciplines.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and performance accountability within the marketing function.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to team members to ensure continuous development.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with commercial, retail, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure marketing strategies support sales objectives and product launches.
- Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and creative vendors to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Ensure alignment between marketing, brand, and customer experience strategies across the organization.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1015 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience leading large-scale marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and performance-driven campaigns.
- Experience managing and developing cross-functional marketing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
