Marketing Director

Role Overview:

As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will lead a high-performing marketing team, work closely with sales and technology partners, and ensure CyberKnight's leadership in the cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with CyberKnight's growth objectives.
  • Strengthen CyberKnight's brand positioning as a trusted cybersecurity advisor in the META region.
  • Oversee public relations, thought leadership, and executive branding initiatives.

Demand Generation & Growth Marketing

  • Drive pipeline growth through integrated marketing campaigns, lead generation programs, and digital marketing.
  • Optimize multi-channel marketing strategies, including content marketing, social media, and ABM campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing data and optimize ROI on marketing investments.

Event & Partner Marketing

  • Plan and execute large-scale events, roadshows, and partner enablement programs to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Manage co-marketing initiatives with cybersecurity vendors, ensuring alignment with partner objectives.
  • Oversee sponsorships, industry conferences, and speaking engagements to elevate CyberKnight's presence.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Develop high-impact thought leadership content, case studies, and whitepapers to establish credibility.
  • Oversee CyberKnight's website, social media, and email marketing efforts to maximize engagement.
  • Implement marketing automation tools and CRM strategies to enhance efficiency.

Team Leadership & Budget Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum impact.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, channel, and technical teams to drive marketing alignment.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or technology sectors (Ideally - Vendors/VADs/VARs).
  • Strong expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and event marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving brand growth, lead conversion, and revenue impact.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor co-marketing programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM tools, and data analytics.
  • Deep understanding of the META cybersecurity market is a plus.
