Position Overview
The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, drive customer acquisition, and support sales growth across all channels. This role will lead brand, trade, digital, and communications strategies while ensuring consistency and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Lead brand management, ensuring consistent brand identity and positioning across all touchpoints.
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns including digital, ATL, BTL, social media, CRM, and in-store activations.
- Drive customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, E-Commerce, and Operations teams to support revenue growth and promotional effectiveness.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and cost efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering creativity and performance excellence.
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs, adjusting strategies based on performance and market dynamics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in retail, FMCG, or consumer-driven industries.
- Proven experience in brand building, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
