A leading Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Marketing Director for their UAE office.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Develop and implement overall marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Responsible for planning product launches and commercial planning for new products.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to adjust strategies as needed.
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, marketing, business, or related discipline. An Advanced Science degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in a marketing/commercial role within the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in specialty care.
- Solid experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Must have strong local market experience.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Creative thinker, with strong leadership and communication skills
