The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution for our organization in the Gulf region. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong understanding of the regional market, capable of driving brand growth and enhancing market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share in the Gulf region.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive performance.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 6-12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role within the Gulf region.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
