Job Description

QStaffers is currently hiring a Marketing Director for one of our partners, a global leader in the real estate field.

Job Summary:

Lead and execute all marketing activities for the company, encompassing brand management, product marketing, community engagement and revive the company's equity and presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives and vision.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, identify new market opportunities, and anticipate future market shifts.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing effectiveness, measure return on investment (ROI), and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement a robust brand strategy that enhances brand awareness, strengthens brand equity, and differentiates the company in the market.
  • Lead the revival of the company's brand, leveraging community engagement and strategic partnerships to enhance brand perception and loyalty.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Conduct ongoing product performance analysis and make data-driven recommendations for product enhancements and improvements.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to foster a strong and engaged community.
  • Leverage social media, digital marketing, and experiential marketing to create meaningful customer experiences and build lasting relationships.
  • Utilize data analytics to understand customer behavior, identify key segments, and personalize marketing messages.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Leverage customer data to personalize marketing communications and provide superior customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Track marketing expenses, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree business or appropriate academic qualification.
  • Previous Experience: 16-19 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven record of success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
