Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead the full marketing function across retail and e-commerce channels.
This role will be responsible for driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue through impactful campaigns tailored to the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and commercial objectives
- Lead brand positioning, communication, and go-to-market strategies
- Manage and develop the marketing team to deliver high-impact results
Campaigns & Market Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Ensure campaigns are tailored to the KSA market behavior and customer insights
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
Digital & E-Commerce Marketing
- Lead digital marketing efforts including performance marketing, social media, and online campaigns
- Support e-commerce growth through traffic generation, conversion optimization, and retention strategies
- Track key KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
Brand & Customer Experience
- Strengthening brand presence across all customer touchpoints
- Ensure consistent brand identity across stores and digital platforms
- Enhance customer engagement and loyalty
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Commercial, Retail, and E-Commerce teams to align campaigns with sales targets
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing
- Strong experience in Retail
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns in KSA market is a must.
- Strong background in digital & performance marketing
- Experience leading teams and managing agencies
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
