Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with corporate and growth objectives.
- Position FirstTech as a leading digital and AI-first technology company across regional and global markets.
- Own brand positioning, voice, and messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Drive data-led marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, display, and paid channels.
- Implement and optimize marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Product & Growth Marketing
- Partner with product teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Lead content strategy, messaging, and positioning for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Support pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
Corporate Communications & PR
- Lead external communications, public relations, and media strategy to strengthen corporate reputation.
- Support internal communications, leadership messaging, and company-wide announcements.
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, HR, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Monitor industry trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Explore emerging technologies (AI, automation, personalization tools) to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Security, Ethics & Compliance
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing roles, preferably within technology, SaaS, or innovation-led environments.
- Proven experience across B2B and B2C marketing with a track record of scaling impact and growth.
- Experience leading teams and managing multi-channel marketing strategies.
