Job Description

We are a Saudi-based company building a high-impact B2C digital application that serves as an aggregator for Entertainment, Tourism, Culture, and Sports in Saudi Arabia. The platform connects consumers with experiences, venues, activities, and services, while enabling ecosystem partners to reach audiences at scale.

Our ambition is clear: to build one of the top consumer apps in Saudi Arabia and become a category-defining brand aligned with Vision 2030 lifestyle growth.

Role:

Marketing Director with a strong track record in consumer mobile applications, digital platforms, or marketplaces. This role owns brand positioning, product marketing, growth strategy, and conversion optimization across the full customer lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is highly experienced in scaling consumer apps in Saudi Arabia, understands local user behavior deeply, and can translate product value into mass adoption and sustained engagement.

Objective:

To position, market, and scale the application into one of the most recognized and downloaded consumer apps in Saudi Arabia, driving:

  • Strong brand equity
  • High user acquisition
  • Excellent conversion and retention
  • Clear product value communication

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Positioning

  • Define and own the brand positioning, narrative, and value proposition for the consumer app.
  • Establish clear differentiation in the Saudi lifestyle, entertainment, and tourism space.
  • Ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints (app, digital, ATL, PR, partnerships).

Product Marketing

  • Translate product features into clear consumer benefits and compelling messaging.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new features, categories, and experiences.
  • Work closely with Product, UX, and Tech teams to align marketing with product roadmap.

Growth & Acquisition

  • Design and execute full-funnel B2C growth strategies: awareness install activation engagement retention.
  • Own paid and organic acquisition channels including performance marketing, ASO, SEO, social, influencers, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Scale efficiently while maintaining strong CAC/LTV ratios.

Conversion & Optimization

  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) across app, landing pages, and onboarding flows.
  • Use data, A/B testing, and cohort analysis to improve install-to-active and active-to-retained metrics.
  • Own marketing analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting.

Integrated Marketing Strategy

  • Build and manage 360 marketing strategies across:
  • Digital & performance marketing
  • Content & storytelling
  • Influencer & creator marketing
  • PR & brand campaigns
  • Strategic partnerships (including events & sponsorships as growth levers, not core focus)

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing consumer marketing team.
  • Manage agencies, media partners, and creators.
  • Set clear KPIs, experimentation frameworks, and performance culture.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with strong focus on B2C mobile apps or digital consumer platforms.
  • Proven experience scaling consumer apps in Saudi Arabia and international markets.
  • Demonstrated success in brand building, user growth, and conversion optimization.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, mobile marketing, and app ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using marketing and product analytics tools.
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets and performance channels.

Highly Preferred Background:

  • Experience in top consumer apps, marketplaces, super-apps, or digital lifestyle platforms.
  • Background in entertainment, travel, tourism, food, mobility, fintech, or content platforms.
  • Experience launching or scaling a product into top App Store / Google Play rankings.
