Senior ECommerce Specialist

Role Overview
The Senior ECommerce Specialist will own the daytoday performance and continuous improvement of our online store, ensuring a smooth customer journey, strong conversion rates, and alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, optimize, and maintain the ecommerce website on WooCommerce , including products, categories, pricing, and promotions.
Continuously improve the website's conversion rate ( CRO ) through A/B testing, UX/UI enhancements , and optimization of the full purchase funnel.
Monitor key ecommerce KPIs (traffic, CVR, AOV, bounce rate, cart abandonment, revenue, ROAS) and report insights with clear action plans.
Collaborate with performance marketing, content, and design teams to ensure campaigns and landing pages are optimized for sales.
Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and seasonal collections on the website (banners, homepage, categories, onsite merchandising) and upload all items .
Implement and manage onsite search, product recommendations, upsell/crosssell modules to maximize basket value.
Work closely with developers or agencies to brief, test, and deploy new features and technical improvements.
Regularly audit the customer journey (from ad click to checkout) and identify friction points or bugs affecting conversion.
Stay updated on ecommerce, CRO, and fashion/retail best practices and propose new ideas and tools to grow online sales.
