The role involves leading regional workshops, forums, conferences, and professional development programs, combining event execution, marketing strategy, vendor management, and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional workshops, forums, conferences, and professional development programs
- Manage budgets, vendors, venues, production, and on-site logistics
- Lead marketing campaigns across email, social, digital, and print channels
- Optimize digital event pages, user journeys, and registration processes
- Manage external agencies and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- 57+ years in event management and marketing, preferably in oil & gas, energy, or technical sectors
- Experience managing vendors and agencies
- Strong project management, writing, and communication skills
- Comfortable working across cultures and international teams
- Willingness to travel and support events onsite
